This role is critical for developing, governing, and operationalizing customer, sales, and engagement data within the company's modern Microsoft analytics stack.
The analyst will support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Engagement teams by ensuring high-quality data delivery, scalable reporting, and trusted business insights.
As StoneX transitions from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365, this individual will play a key part in bridging the gap between legacy systems and modern data architecture.
The professional will be responsible for the end-to-end data lifecycle, utilizing Dataverse as the operational layer, Databricks for transformation, and Power BI for visualization.
This is a multidisciplinary position that blends data analysis, analytics engineering, and advanced Power BI development.
A core focus of the role is to maintain data quality, improve governance, and enable actionable insights that directly impact the bottom line for the business.
The analyst will act as a primary partner to functional teams, translating complex business questions into clear, structured analytical requirements.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in SQL is essential, including a deep familiarity with data transformations and pre-aggregation concepts.
Hands-on experience with Power BI is mandatory, specifically regarding data modeling, dataset optimization, report deployment, and security implementation.
Strong understanding of Dataverse, Databricks, and the broader Microsoft data ecosystem is necessary for daily tasks.
Demonstrated experience with data integration or migration within Dynamics 365 CRM or comparable enterprise-level platforms is highly valued.
Proven ability to retrieve, clean, and analyze data efficiently using Microsoft Excel for ad-hoc tasks.
Comprehensive understanding of CRM architecture, data management best practices, and MDM principles.
