Profile overview:
This role is part of a specialized, multidisciplinary Affinity consulting team focused on developing insurance solutions for large customer bases, such as banks, retailers, and associations.
As an analyst, you will function as a key contributor to the team, supporting complex insurance strategies through data-driven insights and technological integration.
The position involves managing the entire data lifecycle, from collection and reconciliation with third-party sources to advanced modeling and reporting.
You will be tasked with streamlining business processes by leveraging cutting-edge automation, robotics, and AI-enabled tools to enhance operational efficiency.
The scope of work encompasses diverse insurance sectors, including travel, credit card, personal home, auto, and life and health insurance solutions.
You will provide critical support to both actuarial and non-actuarial consultants, assisting in the preparation of financial forecasts, profit-sharing models, and industry benchmarking.
Collaboration is central to this role; you will work both independently and within teams to deliver high-quality outputs that drive client success and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

Strong technical capabilities in programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL are required to effectively manage data and develop analytical models.
Experience with dashboard reporting and data visualization tools, specifically Power BI or Tableau, is highly preferred.
