Profile overview:
This role is positioned within the Analytics, Investment & Marketing Enablement (AIM) team, which serves as the core analytical engine for the Global Commercial business.
The primary objective is to accelerate growth momentum and increase profitability by leveraging sophisticated data strategies to power the company's value proposition.
As an Analyst (Band 30), the incumbent will drive sentinel analytics that span across various channels and diverse product offerings within the American Express ecosystem.
The position involves designing and implementing world-class prospect marketing analytics by utilizing advanced machine learning methodologies and quantitative techniques.
A significant focus of this role is to prevent fraud and enhance acquisition strategies, thereby ensuring the commercial business remains both profitable and resilient.
The professional will be responsible for translating complex data into actionable business insights that create a tangible, positive impact on strategic decision-making.
The incumbent will engage in a high-impact, cross-functional environment, collaborating with functional channel owners, business partners, and technical engineering teams.

Qualifications:
