- Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that we are unable to resolve after reasonable efforts.
- For 1:1 Meetings and packages: There is no refund on 1:1 meetings, but it can be rescheduled by giving a notice before 24 hours.
- Courses & Offline feedback or messages: There is no refund once you register for the course.
Conditions for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must provide evidence of the issue (e.g., screenshots, detailed description).
- You must request the refund within 15 days of the purchase date.
- Your request must include a valid reason as outlined above.
Process for Refunds

- Decision: We will notify you of our decision within 30 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
- Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after purchasing our service.
- Lack of Usage: If you did not use the service or take advantage of its features.
- Misunderstanding: If the service was purchased due to a misunderstanding of its nature or functionality, where the information provided was clear and accurate.
