This policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted for digital services purchased from us. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms stated in this document.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds for digital services are allowed only in clearly defined situations. A refund may be issued within fifteen days from the date of purchase under the circumstances listed below.

Non delivery of a digital product when the product has not been provided within seven days from the date of purchase.

Technical issues that prevent use of the service, provided that the issue continues after we have made reasonable efforts to resolve it.

For one to one meetings and packages (meetings as a part of packages), refunds are not offered. A meeting may be rescheduled if notice is given at least twenty four hours before the scheduled time. The new booking will depend on the availability of an open slot and we are not responsible if a suitable slot is not available.

For courses and offline feedback or message based services, refunds are not available once registration is completed.
Conditions for Refunds
A refund request will be considered only when all of the conditions listed below are satisfied.

You must provide clear evidence of the issue, such as screenshots or a written explanation.

You must submit your request within fifteen days from the date of purchase.

Your reason for requesting a refund must fit within the qualifying grounds stated in this policy.
Process for Refunds
To request a refund, you must follow the steps provided below.

Our team will review the request and may ask for additional information if required.

You will receive the final decision within thirty business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
Non Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not granted in the following cases.

A change of mind after completing the purchase.

Failure to use the service or any of its features.

Misunderstanding of the service when the information provided at the time of purchase was clear and accurate.
