Profile overview:

• The Associate Analyst for Network Planning & Analytics will function as a vital contributor to the airline’s strategic decision-making process. This role is designed for individuals who thrive on solving complex, real-world problems through a combination of data-driven insights and strategic thinking. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive end-to-end analytical results, both as an integral team member and through autonomous project work. Key responsibilities include evaluating the commercial and operational performance of the existing flight schedule to identify opportunities for margin improvement and efficacy. The role requires the ability to analyze fleet deployment patterns to maximize revenue while concurrently minimizing operational costs. Furthermore, the analyst will play a critical role in ensuring that short-term schedules are not only optimized for performance but are also fully operable. Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• Applicants must demonstrate an intellectual curiosity for tackling complex business problems and a passion for approaching tasks in a data-driven manner.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a mandatory requirement for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Technical competence in database querying tools is highly desirable; specifically, the ability to write complex queries and procedures using Teradata SQL, HIVE, or Spark.

• Possession of strong coding or scripting skills, particularly knowledge of Python, is considered a significant plus and will help candidates stand out.
