  • Process customer data creation requests, modifications, updates, and validations according to established procedures.
  • Verify the completeness and consistency of incoming requests before entering or updating information within systems.
  • Ensure compliance with operational controls, governance standards, and internal data management practices.
  • Perform regular quality checks to maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct basic audits and reconciliations to identify inconsistencies across systems and records.
  • Escalate unclear or incomplete requests to relevant stakeholders for clarification and resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer data operations.
  • Support process improvement activities by identifying recurring operational issues and suggesting enhancements.

Educational qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, Finance, Operations, Data Management, or related disciplines.
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are eligible for this role.

Technical qualifications

  • Basic understanding of enterprise systems such as SAP, CRM platforms, or related operational tools.
  • Familiarity with customer master data management concepts and operational workflows.
  • Understanding of data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and lifecycle management principles.
  • Exposure to data governance standards and controlled operational processes.
  • Knowledge of structured business operations and process driven environments.

Shift structure

  • Employees will work five consecutive days followed by two days off.
  • Shift schedules rotate periodically to ensure fair distribution of operational responsibilities.
  • Morning shift timing may range approximately from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST.
  • Evening or EST aligned shifts may range approximately from 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST.
  • Night shift timings may range approximately from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST.
  • Limited on call support may occasionally be required for urgent operational issues.
