Profile Overview

• AU Small Finance Bank is looking for a motivated and detail oriented Analyst Intern to join the MD Office team in Jaipur. This internship provides a unique opportunity for aspiring professionals to gain firsthand exposure to executive leadership operations and strategic business functions within a leading banking organization.

• The selected candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders and support the Managing Director's Office in various operational, analytical, and coordination related activities. • Support coordination between senior leadership teams and various business functions.

• Help facilitate communication and collaboration among key stakeholders.

• Contribute to smooth execution of leadership reviews and organizational initiatives.

Presentation and Reporting Support

• Prepare business presentations for internal meetings and executive reviews.

• Assist in creating reports, dashboards, scorecards, and management summaries.

• Organize and present information in a structured and meaningful manner.

• Support data driven reporting activities required by leadership teams.

Cross Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with departments across the organization to gather required information.

• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.

• Support communication between teams involved in strategic projects.

• Assist in maintaining alignment across multiple functions and initiatives.

Project Monitoring and Tracking

• Help track strategic initiatives, project milestones, and action items.

• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely progress updates.

• Support project documentation and status reporting activities.

• Assist leadership teams in maintaining visibility on key business priorities.

Research and Business Analysis

• Conduct research related to industry developments, market trends, and business opportunities.

• Analyze information from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.

Documentation and Communication

• Prepare meeting minutes and summarize important discussions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Engineering, Analytics, or a related discipline.
