Your Role

As a Product Analyst at Innovaccer, you will play a pivotal role in driving product strategies through data analysis and interpretation. You will take ownership of defining and reporting key metrics, thus contributing to strategic decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include:

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Utilizing automation and dashboards to analyze trends in large and complex datasets.
• Generating insightful reports to highlight key findings and recommendations.

Collaboration and Innovation

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and delivery to devise innovative solutions.
• Contributing to the development of new KPIs/metrics to optimize product operations.

Communication and Leadership

• Presenting findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
• Driving cross-functional initiatives in collaboration with product and other leaders.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Experience and Qualifications

• A graduate degree from a top-tier institution.
• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in a fast-growing product company, including internship experience.
• Understanding of product management principles, agile development, and customer engagement.
• Proficiency in establishing processes using tools such as JIRA, Mixpanel, etc.
• Ability to quickly learn new analytics and product management tools.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, SQL, etc., is advantageous.
