The Associate Analyst role sits within the Digital Ad Operations reporting group of Dotdash Meredith.

Primary responsibilities

Oversee reporting, workflow, and communication processes for assigned digital campaigns.

Apply conditional formatting on daily reports to ensure new creatives are identified, uploaded, and transferred into Datorama quickly.
-
After creatives are uploaded, verify that data is properly flowing into Optics and DMM, the in-house order management systems.
-
Monitor Datorama reports daily, specifically focusing on “Other” and “Unclassified” categories, to confirm paid media placements follow proper naming standards.
-
Troubleshoot feed-related issues, whether they involve search and social campaigns, manual creative uploads, or technical errors.
-
Coordinate with new vendors to establish regular daily reporting processes.
-
Validate that daily reporting meets Datorama’s criteria, including ensuring 100 percent unique Creative IDs.
-
Manage accounts effectively to meet campaign timelines and client expectations.
-
Generate campaign-specific pacing reports and include additional metrics based on engagement.
-
Conduct Quality Assurance checks once campaigns go live to confirm accuracy and smooth execution.
-
Maintain databases with campaign information, ensuring accurate and accessible records.
-
Partner closely with internal and US-based stakeholders, aligning on reporting standards and campaign updates.

Ensure compliance with organizational processes and industry guidelines during all campaign phases.
Required skills
-
Experience in digital advertising operations or campaign reporting is desirable, though not mandatory for freshers.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems creatively and strategically.

Familiarity with third-party ad servers such as DCM, Audiology, Bidtellect, or Digital Remedy.

Organizational skills with high attention to detail, ensuring accurate reporting and tracking.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating with international teams.

Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders.

Intermediate Excel skills are mandatory, covering formulas, pivot tables, and formatting.
