Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst, your pivotal role involves tracking key metrics and communicating business trends to stakeholders. Your responsibilities encompass:
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to identify, define, collect, and monitor key business metrics for various products or business processes.
Data Analysis: Extract and analyze data to generate insightful reports, dashboards, and metrics that facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Quantitative Analysis: Execute quantitative analysis to translate data into actionable insights, providing valuable input for strategic decision-making.
Stakeholder Influence: Engage with and influence stakeholders to ensure informed, data-driven decision-making processes.
Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and skills:
Educational/Work Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or a related discipline from a reputable institute, or an MBA from a reputed institute. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.
Abilities/Competencies: Demonstrated ability to translate structured and unstructured problems into an analytical framework, experiment with alternate analytical techniques, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, independent planning and execution abilities, and effective multitasking capabilities.
Technical Capabilities: Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other scripting languages (R, Python, etc.), along with a basic understanding of statistical modeling and statistical tools such as R, Python, Spark, SAS, or SPSS. Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview, Datastudio, etc.) is considered a valuable asset.
