Profile overview
The Analyst for Data Science and Advanced Analytics joins the Global Operations Digital Technology division, directly reporting to the Senior Manager of Data Science.
This multidisciplinary position bridges the gap between operational business units and software development teams to execute actionable data strategies across manufacturing and logistics.
The role collaborates closely with specialized internal groups spanning software delivery, artificial intelligence development labs, and global data governance units.
Primary responsibilities center on building, deploying, and supporting advanced interactive reporting dashboards utilizing power platforms like Power BI.
The candidate will build, optimize, and maintain automated data pipelines, streamlining analytics integration across complex operational environments.
Daily execution includes extracting, cleaning, unifying, and transforming multi-source operational datasets into clean, accessible formats for reporting.
The analyst conducts exploratory data analysis to discover deep operational trends, uncover systemic anomalies, and isolate performance optimization opportunities.
Strong focus is placed on bridging communication gaps by translating technical data insights into digestible, compelling business stories for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications
Must be fully eligible and legally authorized to hold employment within the country of India.
Possess a formal Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related quantitative field.
Alternatively, candidates holding a Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or Business Intelligence satisfy educational requirements.
Demonstrate between 0 to 2 years of relevant hands-on professional work experience within data science, analytics, or software development domain.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities required to articulate complex technical methodologies clearly to cross-functional organizational teams.
Proven analytical capacity to translate complex operational datasets into practical, actionable business strategies for leadership teams.
Fundamental mastery of core data governance principles, data management concepts, data quality assurance, and foundational metrics building.
Demonstrated programming competency utilizing core languages such as Python, PySpark/Spark, and relational database queries via SQL.
Practical workspace experience with enterprise business intelligence visualization tools, specifically establishing interactive reports through Power BI.
