As a Data Scientist at Interclypse, you will assume a central role in designing and implementing data-driven solutions that address federal mission priorities. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating efforts to gather and process vast amounts of structured and unstructured data from a variety of sources. This entails developing data ingestion pipelines, executing data cleansing and normalization routines, and applying statistical techniques to extract actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with engineers, domain experts, and end users to translate business or mission requirements into technical specifications, ensuring solutions align with stakeholder needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve selecting and applying appropriate algorithms for tasks such as classification, regression, clustering, and anomaly detection. You will also develop visualization tools or dashboards that effectively communicate findings to non-technical audiences, enabling decision-makers to act on evidence-based recommendations. A key facet of this role is staying current with advancements in machine learning frameworks, data management platforms, and cloud services. By crafting innovative approaches to semantic data extraction and predictive modeling, you will help Interclypse maintain its reputation for delivering cutting-edge analytics solutions. Moreover, you will participate in code reviews, contribute to the enhancement of best practices, and mentor junior team members, thereby strengthening the overall data science capability within the organization.
