Profile overview :

You will join the Enterprise Digital Experimentation & Analytics (EDEA) team within the Enterprise Digital function, contributing to brand, performance marketing, digital acquisition, servicing and membership analytics

The role combines digitisation efforts, data experimentation and scale‑driven analytic innovation
-
Your focus will be to analyse large volumes of digital activity including web, mobile and platform data to optimise marketing channels and digital product experiences
-
You will partner with cross‑functional teams and support the development and scaling of new features, campaigns and experiences
-
You will be expected to translate digital usage data into actionable insights that drive growth, enhance customer satisfaction and improve business metrics
-
Reporting to a team manager based in Gurugram you will deliver strategic analytics across performance marketing, acquisition flows, referral, application experience and membership
-
You will monitor key performance indicators, conduct campaign read‑outs, derive learnings and recommend optimisation strategies
-
Over time you will deepen your understanding of enterprise‑wide digital platforms and contribute analytics that inform product decisions and platform enhancements
Qualifications :
-
You hold a postgraduate or graduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as finance, engineering, mathematics, computer science or a related field
-
You should be proficient in programming languages commonly used for data work, such as Python and SQL; familiarity with big data tools like Hive or Spark is preferred
-
Experience processing and managing large data sets is important; exposure to data science concepts is an advantage
-
You need strong attention to detail, and ability to perform in a fast‑paced, dynamic, cross‑functional environment
-
Excellent communication skills are required, with ability to engage stakeholders, present insights clearly and influence business partners
-
Preferred skills include analytical thinking for solving ill‑structured business problems, summarising findings concisely to leadership
-
Familiarity with statistical tools for experimentation analysis—such as regression, hypothesis testing, t‑test, chi‑square—is beneficial
-
You should be comfortable designing and executing analyses that combine digital activity and closed loop outcome data (AXP data) to support strategic decisions
