Qualifications:

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative or technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.)

0 to 3 years of experience in applied data science or machine learning roles in industry or research labs.

Strong proficiency in Python programming, along with working knowledge of SQL.

Experience or familiarity with ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark.

Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems into logical components and create innovative solutions.

Deep understanding of machine learning and statistical modeling techniques such as regression, clustering, classification, and optimization.
-
Exposure to deep learning, recommendation systems, bidding algorithms, or personalization engines is highly preferred.

Hands-on experience with deploying models in production is a strong plus.

Prior work in ecommerce, advertising, or logistics domains is considered an advantage.

Familiarity or prior experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or Agentic AI will give you an edge.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities to explain technical concepts to both experts and non-technical stakeholders.
