  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and SAS, including hands-on experience in building, validating, and deploying predictive models.

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, QlikView, and QlikSense to create intuitive dashboards and business intelligence solutions.

  • Understanding of pharmaceutical industry datasets, marketing KPIs, and sales performance indicators is an added advantage.

  • Strong MS Office skills including advanced Excel, VBA scripting, and professional PowerPoint presentation development.

  • A natural curiosity to explore new data sources and derive actionable insights in a time-sensitive environment.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
