Profile Overview:

• The Data Analyst role is an integral part of HP's GTM Advanced Analytics Visualization Team, which focuses on developing high-quality visualization experiences to support business solutions.

• The team is responsible for the end-to-end development, automation, and maintenance of dashboards, ensuring that stakeholders receive critical insights derived from vast amounts of data.

Responsibilities:

Data Visualization & Insights Generation:

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards that deliver high-quality insights for business decision-making.

• Support the design, documentation, and delivery of visualization platforms that enhance data-driven strategies.

Collaboration & Agile Development:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to provide customized visualization solutions.

• Implement best practices in data governance, compliance, and visualization frameworks, aligning with industry standards.

• Innovate and integrate emerging data technologies to enhance visualization capabilities and improve business intelligence operations.

Qualifications:

Core Analytical & Technical Skills:

• Strong analytical and business modeling skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.

• Proficiency in Power BI and DAX, enabling the creation of highly interactive dashboards.

• Experience in SQL, Advanced Excel, and developing automated solutions for streamlined data processing.

Big Data & Programming Expertise:

• Hands-on experience in analyzing large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.

• Expertise in Python programming, with a focus on data manipulation and automation.

• Knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for efficient data transformation and integration.

• Experience in working with CI/CD pipelines and Git, ensuring seamless deployment of analytics solutions.
