Profile Overview:
As an Analytics Analyst at Ipsos Healthcare, your primary role is to work on large-scale data modeling projects to generate insights for clients. You will collaborate with a team of experts to create data science products, perform statistical analysis, and provide consulting on data models and marketing science best practices.
- Collaborative Work Environment: You will work closely with team members on large-scale modeling projects and report generation.
- Data Science Development: Participate in programming new data science solutions, converting client needs into analytic frameworks.
- Codebase Maintenance: Build, maintain, and enhance codebases for critical applications within the organization.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Analytics Analyst role at Ipsos Healthcare should possess the following qualifications:
Educational Background:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field (Advanced degrees such as M.S. or Ph.D. are preferred but not required).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python or R programming, with experience in building reusable and modular codebases.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms such as regression, clustering, and predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with SQL and its application in querying large datasets.
Experience:
