Package: 25 LPA + ESOPS

Key Responsibilities:

Innovative Design: Develop and implement advanced large language models.

Experimentation: Conduct fine-tuning and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) experiments to push the boundaries of current AI capabilities.
Full-Cycle Development: Lead projects from concept through deployment, ensuring the creation of robust, scalable, and reliable AI solutions.
Best Practices: Adhere to top coding standards and machine learning experimentation practices.
Dynamic Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced startup atmosphere, solving complex challenges and contributing to cutting-edge innovation.

Candidate Profile:

AI Passion: A deep interest in artificial intelligence and enthusiasm for solving intricate problems.
Preferred Background: Experience in machine learning is beneficial but not mandatory.
Ownership & Agency: High level of personal responsibility and initiative.
