Profile Overview

We are seeking an Associate Analyst with a keen interest in data and analytics to join our Operations Performance & Analytics team. This role is integral to the Crew Planning & Scheduling group, focusing on data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards, automating reports, and preparing presentations for leadership. This role requires strong time management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Responsibilities include:
    • Designing and building high-quality dashboards, tools, and reports.
    • Automating existing manual processes to enhance efficiency.
    • Developing predictive models to provide insights.
    • Preparing and delivering presentations to leadership.
    • Documenting and managing data landscape and inventory.
    • Supporting ad-hoc decision-making with thorough analysis.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior experience necessary.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient in data collection, organization, and analysis.
    • Understanding of data structures and transformations.
    • Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
    • Proficiency in complex query writing (SQL, Python, etc.).
    • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Spotfire).
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Legally authorized to work in India without sponsorship.

Preferred:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, or an MBA.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of analysis experience (preferred; not mandatory)
  • Additional Skills:
    • Familiarity with data ecosystem components.
    • Exposure to statistical and analytical methods.
    • Experience with front-end development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
