Profile Overview

• The Associate Analyst - Operations Performance & Analytics is responsible for supporting the Inflight Resource Planning and Scheduling teams within United’s Network Operations.

• This role involves extensive data analysis, reporting, and process automation to optimize inflight crew operations and overall performance metrics.

• The analyst will gather and analyze large datasets related to inflight crew staffing, productivity, operational reliability, and scheduling efficiency.
