Responsibilities

Query databases, particularly PostgreSQL, to retrieve and organize relevant data for analysis and reporting.

Prepare, clean, and preprocess large volumes of structured and unstructured data to ensure data integrity.

Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify product performance trends, emerging patterns, and growth opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with analytical outputs.

Translate business and product requirements into measurable metrics and actionable insights.

Build, update, and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker Studio or Power BI.

Present analytical findings in a clear and concise manner, supporting strategic decision-making across departments.

Create automated workflows and data pipelines using Python to streamline data collection and reporting.

Document data processes, queries, and analytical outcomes to maintain clarity and ensure reproducibility.

Support product managers by providing evidence-based insights that guide product enhancements and user experience improvements.

Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to refine the product roadmap using analytical evidence.

Communicate key insights effectively across teams, ensuring data findings influence both technical and business decisions.
Qualifications

Proficiency in SQL, with a particular emphasis on managing and querying PostgreSQL databases.

Familiarity with tools such as DBeaver or pgAdmin for database management.

Competence in data visualization tools such as Looker Studio and Power BI.

Hands-on experience with Python programming, especially libraries like Pandas and NumPy.

Foundational understanding of statistical concepts for data interpretation and hypothesis testing.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify correlations and actionable insights.

Excellent documentation and organizational abilities for recording data analysis processes.

Educational background in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related discipline.
