The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Operations, Data Science, and Brand Protection experts.

A strong foundation in SQL and Python is essential for success, along with the ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate complex data clearly.

Responsibilities and Duties

Work as part of the Reporting and Analytics team to provide actionable insights across Corsearch’s internal teams and client base.

Analyze operational and platform data to identify optimization opportunities and measure the success of brand protection initiatives.

Partner with the Data Engineering team to improve data pipelines and ensure seamless access to high-quality data.
-
Build visualization dashboards to represent fraud detection metrics, enforcement activities, and impact measurement.

Develop benchmarks and performance indicators that help internal teams and clients assess progress against strategic goals.

Deliver clear, data-backed recommendations to enhance platform efficiency and the customer experience.

Engage directly with customers and users to understand reporting needs and align analytics output with business priorities.

Collaborate with global delivery operations, product managers, and data scientists to align analytical projects with organizational objectives.

Translate complex datasets into simplified, visually engaging reports for non-technical stakeholders.

Contribute to improving business intelligence capabilities using tools such as Power BI, Looker, Metabase, or similar platforms.

Take ownership of assigned data projects from conceptualization through execution and presentation.

Ensure that all analytics initiatives are driven by a commitment to protecting consumers and strengthening brand integrity.

Allocate about 80 percent of time to hands-on analysis and 20 percent to user engagement and collaboration.

Maintain a proactive communication channel with product owners, engineers, and business leaders to ensure alignment on data goals.
