Profile Overview:

The Data Analyst role within the Data Analytics & Insights (DA&I) team focuses on transforming business data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business and technical leaders to identify analytical priorities over three- to six-month intervals, ensuring that short-term goals align with the organization’s strategic vision.

Convert business requirements into practical analytics models using tools such as Power BI, Python, and data modeling frameworks.

Create dashboards and reports that provide stakeholders with real-time, visually engaging insights into business operations.

Manage dependencies and coordinate with various capability teams to ensure timely delivery of analytics projects within budget.

Partner with the DA&I technical team to troubleshoot issues and provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for analytics-related systems.

Participate in continuous improvement activities, optimizing existing dashboards and workflows to enhance performance and usability.

Promote the adoption of analytics tools across departments by leading or contributing to data literacy programs.

Help enforce best practices in data governance, ensuring that data remains accurate, secure, and consistent across different platforms.

Support organizational change management by helping teams understand how analytics can improve their daily workflows and decision processes.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or any closely related discipline is required.

Understanding of multi-dimensional data structures, including star schemas, facts, and dimensions, to support effective data modeling.

Practical knowledge of system engineering and object-oriented design principles to support analytics solution development.

Working proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Python, and data mining platforms for analysis and visualization.

Experience working with SAP ECC and CRM systems, especially in integrating or extracting data for analysis.

Ability to transform business problems into technical requirements that can be implemented effectively using analytics solutions.

Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
