Profile Overview

As a Business Analytics Analyst at Citigroup Inc., you will play a vital role in monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating business processes and data to drive informed decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather operational data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance business performance. Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

• Gather operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to examine past business performance
• Identify data patterns and trends, providing insights to enhance decision-making in business planning, process improvement, and solution assessment
• Recommend actions for future developments and strategic business opportunities, as well as enhancements to operational policies
• Conduct exploratory and confirmatory data analysis, as well as qualitative analysis
• Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies
• Communicate findings clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders
• Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities
• Collaborate closely with internal and external business partners to build, implement, track, and improve decision strategies
• Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets
