Serving as a vital analytical and operational pillar within the dynamic Office of the COO team at Deloitte India.

Tracking strategic project milestones, systematically monitoring initiative progress, identifying operational risks, and implementing proactive mitigation plans.
Delivering end-to-end operational support including strategic meeting preparations, cross-departmental coordination, and executive briefing creation.
Evaluating and continuously refining operational workflows, internal business procedures, and enterprise reporting frameworks.
Conducting rigorous quantitative and financial analysis across key business metrics such as workforce headcount, revenue generation, billing cycles, collections, cash flow, and working capital dynamics.
Generating, auditing, and maintaining ad-hoc analytical summaries as well as recurring business intelligence reports with high precision.
Creating compelling, executive-ready presentation slide decks for C-suite leaders, department heads, and key external stakeholders.
Translating high-volume quantitative datasets and intricate analytical findings into clear, structured visual insights and summaries.

Qualifications
Academic background holding a Bachelor's degree such as Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution.
Alternative undergraduate qualification in finance, economics, quantitative methods, or related analytical disciplines from an accredited institution.
Intermediate status in professional financial certifications such as CA (Inter) or equivalent foundational professional accounting credentials.
Full professional credentials or advanced certifications including CA, CIMA, ACCA, ICWA, or CMA considered a distinct professional advantage.
Advanced degree credentials such as a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, Economics, or closely related quantitative fields.
Strong hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, operational modeling, scenario evaluation, and dynamic data manipulate.
Proven analytical capacity to process raw, unstructured multi-source datasets and transform them into actionable management recommendations.
Practical exposure or working knowledge with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or reporting platforms.
