Overview of the Role

The role of the Business Research Analyst entails spearheading continuous improvement initiatives within the RBS teams, focusing on enhancing delivery performance. The primary objective is to streamline processes, eliminate defects, and automate tasks to enhance customer and vendor experiences while optimizing GMS/FCF. Collaboration with both local and global teams is essential, leveraging their process and technical expertise. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem solver with a passion for deciphering complex issues, analyzing data, and effectively communicating insights. This role involves working across various teams and operational levels to drive enhancements and implement solutions, leveraging big data analysis to identify patterns and gaps for long-term defect elimination strategies.

  • Lead complex projects spanning multiple teams.
  • Conduct root cause analysis through data-driven hypothesis formation and validation.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in building and maintaining basic data artifacts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or advanced technical degree.
