About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic engineers and science professionals to join our esteemed team. As part of our team, you will tackle some of the most complex challenges in the Gartner Services domain. Accessing cutting-edge facilities, technology, and industry expertise, you will engage with extensive datasets, constructing algorithms and solutions to address territory optimization hurdles and enhance internal operations. Your role will extend to contributing to various business initiatives and leading problem-solving endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workflow Enhancement:

  • Conceptualize, construct, and continually refine workflows using automation scripts and tools within a territory management team, facilitating operational efficiency for Service associates.

• Data Management:

  • Assume end-to-end responsibility for leading projects that involve extracting, merging, analyzing, and managing large datasets from multiple and diverse databases.

• Stakeholder Influence:

  • Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders to prioritize critical issues and jointly implement strategic initiatives.

• Innovative Solutions:

  • Develop creative solutions for complex data-driven problems and maintain/enhance existing automation workflows as needed.

• Cross-Product Collaboration:

  • Contribute to cross-product initiatives that significantly impact retention, focusing on high-importance projects.

• Process Streamlining:

  • Streamline processes across initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve productivity gains.

• Territory Analysis:

  • Analyze territory performance, identifying focus areas, trends, and insights using analytical tools and techniques to enhance data quality.

• Issue Resolution:

  • Proactively collaborate with stakeholders and partners to identify and resolve bugs and data quality issues, integrating data into the analytics system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field) with 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent Python coding skills.
• Proficient in SQL databases, including MySQL and Oracle.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of synthesizing data to design and deliver meaningful solutions.
• Experience in advanced data manipulation and summarization using Python and Excel.
• Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
