Role Overview: As a Senior Data Analyst at Blink, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing actionable insights to expedite the growth of our pharma business and enhance internal operations scalability. Integral to the analytics team, you will collaborate closely with pharma partners, internal teams, and across the organization, making a substantial impact on Blink's key performance indicators by pinpointing business performance drivers and proposing initiatives to influence outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Master Blink's data, understanding the operations and product features generating it.
• Propose effective ways to present and share data with stakeholders for ease of comprehension.
• Recommend improvements in data utilization and sharing within the organization.
• Conduct regular reviews for all stakeholders at Blink, communicating past events, reasons behind them, and future actions to boost growth.
• Conduct ad-hoc analytics to uncover insights into crucial business and client inquiries.
• Develop and contribute to partner business reviews.
• Collaborate with teams across Blink to ensure successful implementation of key growth initiatives.
• Demonstrate complete ownership in creating and maintaining data artifacts by comprehensively knowing your data end-to-end.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a proven track record in analytics roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Key qualifications include:

• 6+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and excellent reporting and dashboarding skills in Tableau.
• Demonstrated ability to distill actionable insights from data and drive related growth initiatives.
• Proven experience in driving business reviews, understanding inputs, and their influence on outputs.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
