Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize NLP and machine learning solutions to meet the specific requirements of the organization.
• Implement and optimize cutting-edge models, with a particular emphasis on Local LLMs like Llama-2 and GPT4all.
• Collaborate closely with the data team to comprehend and interpret data structures and requirements.
• Conduct thorough training, validation, and testing of models to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in NLP and Generative AI research and methodologies.
• Work in tandem with other technical teams to seamlessly integrate NLP and AI solutions into broader systems or platforms.

Skills:

• Proficient in NLP and NLG, with expertise in Spacy, BERT, topic modeling, named entity recognition, POS tagging, generative AI, LLM, text vectorization, multi-class classification, and machine learning algorithms.

Creating Data Pipelines:

• Extract source data from diverse formats (excel, csv, txt, pdf, etc.) and transform it using suitable scripts to derive business value.
• Load data into servers, ensuring high data quality, appropriate quantity, technical accuracy, and sufficiency to meet project objectives.
• Prepare both structured and unstructured data in the right format for training machine learning algorithms.

Proof of Concepts:

• Develop rapid Proof of Concepts utilizing Streamlite, Flask, and similar front ends.
• Manage functionality and versioning of PoCs.
• Take ownership of PoCs and assist the deployment team in transitioning applications to production.
