Job Description:

We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our exchange product team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of our exchange products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and execute product strategies aligned with market demands and business objectives. Your deep understanding of the ad-tech industry, leadership skills, and analytical prowess will be instrumental in shaping the success of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for our exchange products, aligning it with the company's strategic objectives and market trends.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to gather client feedback and translate it into actionable product improvements and features.
• Collect and document precise product requirements, ensuring they are well-defined, feasible, and address all business use cases.
• Oversee the product development process in collaboration with engineering and design teams, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Continuously monitor and assess product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among different teams to ensure seamless product delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of the product vision, progress, and upcoming releases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager in the ad-tech industry, with a strong track record of successfully launching and managing digital advertising products.
• Profound understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem, including ad exchanges, programmatic advertising, audience targeting, and RTB mechanics.
• Familiarity with various DSPs and their functionalities to effectively collaborate with partners and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile product development methodologies is preferred.
• A creative problem solver with strong attention to detail, focused on delivering exceptional user experiences.
