Responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic data analysis, identify insights and implications, and make strategic recommendations. Develop data displays that clearly communicate complex analyses.
- Analyze data from various banking platforms to enhance data quality, drive optimization, and deliver analytics initiatives that address business problems.
- Consult with business clients to define system functional specifications, assess time and effort required, and create a project plan.
- Solve complex system issues and problems through a deep evaluation of business processes, systems, and industry standards. Recommend solutions.
- Lead system change processes from requirements through implementation and provide user and operational support to business users.
- Formulate and define systems' scope and objectives for complex projects by researching and gathering facts and gaining an understanding of applicable business systems and industry standards.
- Assess the business implications of applying technology to the current business environment, identify and communicate risks and impacts, and facilitate communication between business leaders and IT.
- Perform other duties and functions as assigned.
- Appropriately assess risk in business decisions, with particular consideration for the firm's reputation and the safeguarding of Citigroup, its clients, and assets. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhere to policies, apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience using tools for statistical modeling of large data sets.
- Proficiency in complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques.
- Analytical, flexible, team-oriented, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
