The role integrates internal performance systems with external datasets, including customer analytics, channel partner metrics, installed base tracking, competitive intelligence, and macroeconomic parameters.
The primary objective is to deliver a reliable, single source of truth across business operations and translate complex operational and financial insights into measurable growth actions.
The position takes complete ownership of standardized executive dashboards, scorecards, and business-review packs covering orders, revenue metrics, order backlogs, active pipelines, pricing dynamics, margins, working capital, inventory, delivery schedules, and service operations.
Commercial and growth analytics responsibilities include evaluating multi-dimensional performance across regions, customer segments, distribution channels, product lines, industrial sectors, and sales reps.
The analyst strengthens pipeline governance, forecast precision, win-loss conversion rates, territory productivity metrics, and discount discipline across commercial teams.
In service and aftermarket analytics, the role builds comprehensive visibility into the active equipment installed base, warranty conversions, contract coverage rates, replacement lifecycles, churn risks, and customer lifetime value.
Market and competitive tracking tasks involve monitoring macroeconomic indicators, major industrial project announcements, sector investments, importer activities, and competitor movements across regional zones.
Product, pricing, and profitability responsibilities focus on evaluating price-volume-mix trends, margin leakage points, discount structures, product line profitability, localization strategies, and resource allocation models.
Operational and supply chain analytical workflows connect demand forecasting models directly with procurement schedules, production capacities, inventory movements, and supplier delivery risk metrics.
Data governance duties require establishing strict KPI definitions, validating data cross-references between ERP, CRM, and financial tools, maintaining operational calendars, and eliminating conflicting reporting structures.
The position actively advances automation and digital capabilities by converting routine manual reporting processes into automated, self-service applications using SQL, Python, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and approved artificial intelligence frameworks.
