• Hands on experience or strong training in Pytorch and TensorFlow along with capability to build complete model workflows using these frameworks

• Knowledge of programming languages like Python, R, and SQL, along with the ability to write clear, documented, and well organised code

• Clear understanding of data pipelines, data cleaning techniques, transformation logic, and data architecture suited for analytical applications

• Familiarity with environments such as Linux, Unix, and Windows along with experience or training related to cloud services used for model deployment

• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy when designing experiments, models, and validation strategies

• Ability to communicate concepts to technical and non technical partners using simple language and structured storytelling

• Comfort with open source tools and ability to integrate multiple technologies when building model solutions

• Educational background in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, engineering, economics, computer science, statistics, physics, or related fields
