  • Experience working with Unix shell scripting for automation and process optimization.

  • Knowledge of PySpark for big data processing and analytics.

  • Hands-on experience in data warehousing projects and data modelling tools.

  • Familiarity with banking domain concepts, especially collections, recovery, and lending.

  • Additional skills in Python, Teradata, Oracle, Big Data, and cloud technologies.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentation.

  • Experience working in an Agile environment with JIRA for task management and collaboration.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset for business transformation.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
