Recruiting for a Fresher Entry Level Remote UX/UI Designer for one of the product based Startup

Company Overview

The startup is at the forefront of creating transformative generative AI products, focusing on making Large Language Model (LLM) intelligence easily accessible to end users. They have set an ambitious milestone to achieve by the end of the year and are looking for passionate individuals to join their innovative team on this exciting journey.

 

Role Overview

We're seeking a self-driven UX/UI Designer who embodies the spirit of continuous learning and entrepreneurial grit. The ideal candidate should have creative design thinking having demonstrated resilience through solo ventures, side projects, or bootstrap attempts.

 

Responsibilities

- Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications
- Create and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design decisions
- [Good to have - optional] Develop compelling product marketing content across various channels
- Write clear, engaging copy for product interfaces, documentation, and marketing materials
- Create and maintain brand consistency across all user touchpoints
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure design feasibility
 

Qualifications

- 0-3 years of hands-on experience in UX design and content creation
- Demonstrated history of self-initiated projects or solutions
- Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Strong portfolio showing UI/UX work and content writing samples
- Experience with user research and data-driven design decisions
- Excellence in written and verbal communication
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and design implementation constraints 
- Other must have qualifications:
   * The ideal candidate is someone who has demonstrated resilience through solo ventures, side projects, or bootstrap attempts – perhaps juggling client work while building their own solutions, or teaching themselves UI/UX technologies through hands-on projects.

- Examples of how you've used AI tools to enhance your creative process
- If you have done any content creation (textual/graphical/etc) in past
