Profile Overview:

Qualifications:

• A robust technical foundation in AI/ML is required, with proficiency in Python, SQL, data analytics, and data visualization.
• Candidates should possess strong quantitative and analytical skills, enabling structured problem-solving.
• Familiarity with the machine learning model development lifecycle, including feature selection, algorithm families, and deployment challenges.
• Knowledge of Big Data platforms, such as Hadoop and Spark, as well as cloud platforms like GCP, is necessary.
• Experience in designing and building tools for big data is a plus.
• Candidates should demonstrate creativity and be self-sufficient, with strong collaboration skills for working in global teams.
• Understanding of various ML model deployment systems and governance policies is essential.
• Excellent prioritization, communication, and focus on excellence with engineering, UX, and QA teams are critical.
• Proficiency with notebook-based IDEs for AI/ML tasks (e.g., Jupyter, Airflow) and familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Rally, Jira, Confluence).
• A relevant degree (Undergraduate/Master’s) in fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Operations Research, or Statistics; an MBA from a reputed institution is preferred.
