Profile Overview

Solution-oriented CRM Analyst position.
Requires strong technical background and Salesforce experience.
Involves supporting Salesforce and sales tools.

Qualifications

2+ years of Salesforce administration and analysis experience in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in tools administration and Salesforce configuration.
Advanced Excel and basic SQL skills.
Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and end-users.
Familiarity with creating and configuring Salesforce, Tableau, and Qlik dashboards.
BA/BS required, preferably in computer science, statistics, or quantitative economics.
Salesforce administration certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Address technical issues, bugs, onboarding, and general support for Salesforce and sales tools.
Ensure accuracy of Salesforce data through frequent quality checks.
Develop Salesforce reports and dashboards.
Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.
Execute bulk data updates, uploads, and clean-ups.
Respond to user requests related to Salesforce and sales tools.
Collaborate with Business Operations and Information Systems to address business needs.
Administer and support integrated sales tools like Dealhub, Docusign, and Groove.
Assist in testing new Salesforce features and functionality.
Create training materials for Salesforce and integrated tools.
