Qualifications

Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize ML models to tackle challenges in healthcare data systems.
-
Implement scalable AI algorithms tailored to HiLabs’ suite of products.
-
Conduct exploratory data analysis to understand raw inputs and derive relevant features.

Translate business problems into well-defined machine learning objectives.
-
Collaborate with product managers to ensure alignment between solutions and user needs.
-
Work with engineering teams to integrate ML models into existing infrastructure.
-
Continuously iterate on models using A/B testing, user feedback, and real-world performance metrics.

Research and experiment with recent ML advancements to enhance model efficiency and accuracy.

Analyze data patterns and anomalies to improve current solutions or develop new ones.

Help in documenting technical approaches and model behavior for internal and external stakeholders.

Present findings and explain ML model decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred qualifications

Experience with deep learning libraries like MxNet, Keras, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

Prior exposure to tools like Apache Solr or ELK Stack for text search and mining.
