About the Role:
As a member of the asset analytics and data science team, you will be engaged in tackling cutting-edge problems for the bank. Working closely with stakeholders across risk, business, partnerships, digital, and strategy, you will contribute to the creation and refinement of strategies to enhance profitability and growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Utilizing predictive modeling to optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.
- Querying databases and using statistical computer languages such as R, Python, SLQ, etc.
- Working with large and multiple datasets, data warehouses, and relevant coding programs.
- Implementing data-driven insights and presenting them to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with digital product, growth, and marketing teams.
- Assessing new data sources and gathering techniques for accuracy and effectiveness.
- Establishing and scaling up data science functions.
- Leveraging analytics to increase customer lifetime value for digitally acquired clients.
- Defining pricing models for digital value propositions across user/client segments.
- Creating automated dashboards and reports using PowerBI for product and marketing teams.
Job Responsibilities:
Technical Proficiency:
- Experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages: R, Python, SQL, etc.
- Model development experience in Python.
- Strong background in statistical analysis.

- Strong and in-depth understanding of statistics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to build and use relationships and influence broadly across the organization.
- Results-driven with strong project management skills, able to work on multiple priorities.
