Role Overview
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to company values and promote the development of internal and external knowledge regarding data collection and reporting best practices.
- Provide project scoping and guidance on optimal reporting and data practices.
- Proactively develop new reporting products or services tailored to clients engaged in digital community engagement, ensuring repeatability and scalability across the organization.
- Contribute to revenue growth by creating and promoting reporting services and products.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design reporting services showcasing the effectiveness of Engagement HQ.
- Develop interactive custom reporting dashboards for Engagement HQ clients, facilitating better analysis of community engagement data.
- Drive revenue growth from Engagement HQ Services through customized reporting products.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and BI platforms such as Zoho, PowerBI, and Tableau.
- Strong skills in SQL, API's, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Python, and R.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of data science principles, statistical analysis, and market research methodologies.
- Ability to grasp Community Engagement principles and methodologies.
- Proficient in project management, including prioritization, meeting deadlines, stakeholder engagement, and working with minimal supervision.
- Adaptability to changing work environments and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience and/or enthusiasm for working with government entities, with a passion for public service, citizen engagement, and digital innovation.
