Role:

Collaborate closely with global acceptance teams to design, develop, and maintain sophisticated reporting and data visualization capabilities, handling large volumes of data to support analytics and reporting requirements across products, markets, and services.
Translate business requirements into tangible solution specifications, delivering high-quality, on-time outcomes.
Leverage tools for manipulating extensive databases, synthesizing data insights.
Provide first-level insights, conclusions, assessments, and present findings through Tableau/PowerBI dashboards, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Apply quality control, data validation, and cleansing processes to both new and existing data sources.

All About You:

Possess expertise in data management, data mining, data analytics, data reporting, data product development, and quantitative analysis.
Experience in Financial Institutions or Payments is advantageous.
Demonstrate proficiency in presenting data findings in a readable and insight-driven format, with skills in building professional PowerPoint decks.
Advanced SQL coding skills.
Experience with Platforms/Environments: SQL Server, Microsoft BI Stack, Python.
Additional proficiency in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is a valuable asset.
Experience in building data models is a plus.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and Tableau Certification is advantageous.
Experience with Hadoop environments is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills.
Possess in-depth technical knowledge, a drive for learning new technologies.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
A team player with excellent communication skills.
Ability to interact with management, internal stakeholders, and collect requirements effectively.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, M.S./M.B.A. preferred.
