Responsibilities:

Working with Data:

• Handle a wide variety of structured and unstructured data types from multiple sources

• Apply rigorous preprocessing techniques including feature selection, cleaning, and transformation

• Identify relevant business questions and interpret data insights for informed decision-making

AI Product Development:

• Build and maintain scalable machine learning and deep learning-based software solutions

• Use statistical methods and advanced algorithms to develop predictive and prescriptive models

• Ensure AI models are reproducible, robust, and ready for deployment in different operational settings

Deployment and Expansion:

• Support the replication and scaling of existing AI models across various business domains and geographies

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computational Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, or related fields

Core Competencies:

• Strong theoretical foundation in statistics, machine learning, and probability theory

• Demonstrated capability to develop data-driven models that solve real-world problems

• Experience in analyzing large datasets and generating actionable insights

Technical Proficiency:

• Proficient in Python and libraries like pandas, numpy, seaborn, matplotlib, sklearn, tensorflow, keras, pytorch, and statsmodels

• Able to work with large datasets and use SQL effectively for data extraction and manipulation

• Familiar with best practices in model training, validation, and performance measurement

Additional Skills:

• Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI

• Understanding of data architecture and practical experience in building scalable data pipelines

• Competent in integrating ML models into production systems using best software engineering practices
