Responsibilities:

As a pivotal member of the Zomato Hyperpure Team, you will be tasked with a range of responsibilities aimed at fostering growth, innovation, and strategic planning. Your key duties include:

  1. Identifying Growth Opportunities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discover new avenues for growth, focusing on areas such as workflow optimization, innovation, outreach strategies, and overall strategic planning.

  2. Analytical Solutions: Develop robust analytical solutions to drive data-driven decisions. This involves creating various types of analyses, including reporting, descriptive analysis, exploratory analysis, predictive modeling, and prescriptive analytics, all with a keen eye on achieving tangible business outcomes.

  3. Data Analysis: Utilize various tools and analytical techniques to analyze complex, high-dimensional data. Identify trends, draw actionable insights, and formulate hypotheses based on observations.

  4. Strategic Input: Play a key role in strategic discussions related to product and business roadmap. Bring a data-backed perspective to the table, influencing decision-making processes.

  5. Collaboration: Thrive in a fast-paced environment by collaborating with peers on multiple projects. Ensure seamless communication and coordination to achieve common goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  1. Relevant Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in analytics and data science.

  2. Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL and a good understanding of programming languages such as Python or R. Familiarity with dashboarding tools like Tableau or PowerBI, and spreadsheet applications like Excel or Sheets.

  3. Statistical and Machine Learning Knowledge: Basic understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms, coupled with visualization techniques.

  4. Communication Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  5. Project Management: Proven ability to own and drive projects and analyses from inception to completion.

  6. Technical Requirement Gathering: Experience in technical requirement gathering and documentation is a strong plus.
