Dream11 - Technology Overview: Our organization revolves around technology, serving as the backbone for all our operations. The technology team is dedicated to providing a seamless mobile-first experience across various platforms (Android & iOS), managing a peak of over 300 million requests per minute (rpm) with a user concurrency of 10 million.

We boast a sophisticated infrastructure with more than 150 micro-services developed in Java and supported by the Vert.x framework. These services are designed with distinct architectures, tailored to specific use cases. Handling terabytes of data, our infrastructure relies on Kafka, Redshift, Spark, Druid, among others, supporting applications such as Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics. Our tech stack is hosted on AWS, featuring distributed systems like Cassandra, Aerospike, Akka, Voltdb, Ignite, and more.

Role Description: 

As an Associate Manager in Business Analytics at Dream11, you will:

  • Address significant business challenges on a large scale by applying analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Lead the design and analysis of experiments, including A/B tests and synthetic control, assisting in sizing opportunities to prioritize product features.
  • Provide valuable user insights through data, conducting user segmentation, analyzing long-term trends, and performing behavioral analyses.
  • Collaborate with business and product teams to steer organizational strategy and shape product roadmaps.
  • Develop business health dashboards using appropriate metrics design and instrumentation tools such as SQL, Python, etc.

Requirements: 

We are seeking individuals with the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on analytical experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis languages such as R, Python, etc.
