Our foundation is technology, and it forms the heart of our operations. The tech team is instrumental in providing a mobile-first experience across Android and iOS platforms while managing a peak traffic of over 300 million requests per minute and supporting 10 million concurrent users.

We have a suite of 150+ Java-based microservices powered by the Vert.x framework. Each service is designed to handle distinct product features, serving specific use cases.

Working with terabytes of data, our infrastructure relies on technologies like Kafka, Redshift, Spark, Druid, and more. These technologies fuel various use cases, including Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics. Our tech stack is hosted on AWS, complemented by distributed systems such as Cassandra, Aerospike, Akka, Voltdb, Ignite, and others.

Your Role:

As an Associate Manager in Business Analytics at Dream11, you will:

  • Apply analytical problem-solving skills to address real business challenges on a large scale.
  • Lead the design and analysis of experiments, such as A/B tests and synthetic control, to assess and prioritize product features.
  • Extract user insights from data through segmentation, trend analysis, and behavioral studies.
  • Collaborate with business and product teams to shape the company's strategy and product roadmaps.
  • Develop business health dashboards by designing metrics and implementing tools like SQL and Python.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on analytical experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools like Google Analytics, Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, and others.
  • Experience with statistical analysis languages such as R and Python.
