Profile Overview

• This opportunity is part of the Analytics, Investment and Marketing Enablement team, commonly referred to as AIM.

• The AIM team functions as a key analytical partner supporting Global Commercial Services Marketing operations.

• The primary purpose of the team is to generate actionable insights that help business leaders make informed decisions regarding customer acquisition, engagement, marketing effectiveness, and profitability.

• The selected candidate will contribute to campaign measurement analytics across various acquisition and engagement initiatives.

• The role focuses on evaluating marketing performance, measuring return on investment, understanding customer behavior, and supporting strategic decision making through data analysis.

• The analyst will work closely with marketing teams, business stakeholders, leadership groups, and cross functional partners to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

• A significant aspect of the role involves working with large datasets originating from multiple systems and transforming them into meaningful insights that support growth initiatives.

• The individual will be responsible for creating reports, conducting analysis, identifying trends, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Educational Background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred.

• Academic backgrounds may include Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Strong quantitative training is considered advantageous for this position.

Technical Skills

• Working knowledge of SQL for querying, extracting, and transforming data.
