Position: Research and Operations Associate (Sort of a Personal Assistant to the Founder)

We are a fast-growing travel and food channel on YouTube with over 2 million subscribers. The channel focuses on exploring diverse travel destinations and food experiences across India and beyond, covering everything from street food to popular restaurants. With a highly engaged audience, the platform has built credibility by sharing real, on-ground experiences that help viewers make better travel decisions.

About the Role:

We are hiring a proactive and dependable individual to support travel planning and daily operations. You will work closely with the founder and play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of travel-related plans. This role is best suited for someone who can think independently, take responsibility, and deliver without constant follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel Research and Planning

  • Conduct detailed research on destinations, routes, and travel logistics
  • Create clear and structured itineraries

Booking and Coordination

  • Manage online bookings for flights, trains, hotels, etc.
  • Handle changes or unexpected issues during travel planning

Operations Support

  • Assist with day-to-day operational work at the office
  • Maintain tracking of bookings, plans, and schedules
  • Work closely with the founder to ensure timely execution

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in operations, coordination, or similar roles
  • Strong problem-solving ability and practical thinking
  • High ownership and accountability
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Good research and organizational skills

Good to Have:

  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms
  • Basic exposure to handling logistics or coordination tasks
