Role Overview

You will join as a Python Full Stack Engineer (AI-Focused) working closely with the CTO. The systems you build in the next six months will define the technical DNA of the company and power the experiences our first customers will love.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain end-to-end features across the platform, including React/Next.js front-end components, Python-based back-end services, and Postgres data models.

• Rapidly prototype new agent capabilities and deliver them to users within days.

• Integrate LLMs, vector databases, and toolchains to orchestrate autonomous agent workflows.

• Own the complete software development lifecycle: architecture, implementation, testing, CI/CD, and maintenance.

• Lead code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and mentor junior engineers or contractors over time.

• Collaborate directly with the founders on product and strategy; your input will shape both what we build and how we build it.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of professional full-stack experience with production software.

• Strong fundamentals in Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).

• Deep knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL, including schema design, migrations, and query optimization.

• A portfolio or GitHub showcasing projects with end-to-end ownership.

• Experience building AI agents or tooling such as LangChain, semantic search, RAG pipelines, or autonomous task runners.

• Familiarity with developer productivity tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar.

• A startup mindset with a strong bias toward action, comfort with ambiguity, and a focus on rapid execution.

• Ability to take complete ownership of features and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Haves

• Front-end experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP).

• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry).
