Profile overview:
Responsible for managing and improving the quality of product data in internal systems.
Identify data inconsistencies and implement long-term solutions.
Work closely with internal project teams to enhance product data quality.
Use tools and frameworks for data profiling, validation, and cleansing.
Engage in tasks that affect the customer experience directly through product data integrity.
Adhere to Tesco's internal policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Support other teams through timely completion of administrative and business tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
Analytical mindset with strong numerical and reasoning ability.
Good communication skills for internal collaboration.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and self-learning capability.
Open to freshers with the right qualifications and aptitude.

Responsibilities:
Carry out tasks and complete transactions as per defined KPIs.
Apply basic work theories and processes specific to the role.
Ensure data quality and consistency of product information.
Conduct regular profiling, cleaning, and validation using appropriate tools.
Collaborate with internal buying teams across different divisions.
Perform ad hoc business and administrative activities as needed.
Review and monitor product data quality, ensuring minimal disruption to customers.
Stay updated with process changes and internal standards.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with Tesco’s business code.
Address GSCOP complaints promptly and lead a compliance-driven culture.
Complete all mandatory training programs and adhere to all data handling protocols.
