Profile overview:
The Product Business Analyst (Telco) will support One97’s telecom-related services including IVR, USSD, SMS, Precall, Merchant IVR, and M2M IVR Portal.
This role requires basic understanding of telecom protocols and a desire to learn about service monitoring and operational efficiency.
The analyst will be expected to assist in documentation, testing, performance monitoring, and daily operations.
A strong focus will be placed on learning tools, improving data analysis capabilities, and collaborating with engineering, QA, and support teams.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunications or related engineering fields.
